Pictures from this week

Roosting Kittiwakes numbered over 2000 on the South Ness

A really tatty migrant Painted Lady made landfall on Tuesday

The swell stopped the boat from landing a few times this week which was shame as the weather was on the whole glorious

I took my one millionth picture of a Grey Seal

Look what's in the box. We just keep finding Pufflings. We still regularly see Puffins carrying fish and have pinned down some active burrows.

Loch Leven NNR stalwart volunteer Alan joined me for the weekend and got the chance to release the Puffling. It flew away strong to the south.

There were some fantastic sunsets to be seen!
